What’s on the menu for the next few days? A brunch at Frank, as the web site reads: “Purveyors of Artisan Sausage”. Those are some big words.

Started just recently Frank is blowing up in a big-way in Austin. Impressive in brand, food, and design Frank is the former Starlite, a converted space next door to the original (and former tenant) Alamo Drafthouse on Colorado. Why do I love Frank? The Triple Crown (A concoction of epic proportions). But I have to say they have a rather brilliant and simple menu. Taking the food down to bare essentials but using some great ingredients, it makes for a fun foodie-type experience if you’re wanting to breakaway from the norm here in town.
